Terms and Conditions

  • Payment is in full & advance at the time of enrollment, booking.
  • Course fees are non-refundable, and no change of time or batch once booked.
  • Classes will be closed on public holidays, and no replacement services will be offered.
  • One makeup lesson is permitted per term. It must be scheduled within one week, with parents choosing from 2-3 available timings provided by the teacher based on their child's availability. If none of these dates work, the makeup lesson will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward due to our inability to accommodate individual scheduling requests. Additionally, if you are absent on the makeup lesson date, it will be forfeited.
  • A new cycle commences for the upcoming term or Holiday Lessons as we do not carry forward any makeup lessons or credits to the following term or holiday lessons.
  • Course transfers between terms are not permitted unless negotiated for an extended illness. If a student is sick for an extended period and has more than 5 remaining lessons, those lessons can be transferred to the following term with a medical certificate from a doctor. An administrative fee of $50 will apply for this transfer. However, this transfer cannot be carried forward for more than one term.
  • In case of emergencies, we will contact the parent/guardian to pick up the child instantly.
  • Parents or guardians must communicate and discuss the specific requirements of special needs children at the time of booking so that our teachers can be adequately prepared.
  • Parents are permitted on the premises solely for pick-up and drop-off purposes. If Guardian presence is necessary for special or differently abled children, please make the request at the time of booking.
  • If the disturbing/destructive behaviour continues, we will reserve the right to withdraw the child from the class, for the safety of this child and enjoyment of other children in the batch.
  • If you choose to cancel service after booking, we require a minimum 2 weeks’ notification in writing and $50 cancellation charges apply.
  • If you choose to withdraw from a course in the middle, the class is not liable to provide any lessons. A $50 charge will be incurred for all withdrawals, cancellation or change of mind.
  • Creative voucher is non-refundable once utilized in case of change of situation. Again $50 applied for cancellation or withdrawal of service.
  • Holiday workshop fees are non-refundable for any change of circumstances. However, credit can be transferred to following term lessons with the consent of the teacher and $50 transfer charges apply.
  • Please ensure to park your car 50-100 meters away and walk to the class, as parking, 3-point turns, and stopping are not permitted in front of the class due to our utmost priority being the safety of the children.
  • Please be mindful for noise & traffic for neighborhoods due to residential area.
  • 2% processing charges applied for online payment system.
